Can you bill us or have terms?
Sorry, not at this time. We accept credit cards, money orders and company checks.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax (8%) if your billing is located in New York, which is the same state as our warehouse.

I need a copy of my receipt or invoice?
Go to the "Contact Us" page and request by email that you need a copy of your receipt or log into your account, if you created one and print your invoice from there.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship! This does not apply to orders drop shipped direct from the manufacturer.
In the event that your order can not be shipped due to credit card address verification, insufficient funds, missing or incorrect card numbers etc. you will be notified via e-mail or by phone.
